Plates from Trash
The plates are made from glass bottles sourced from the restaurants they are fabricated for. As each business’ waste varies (green ale or brown wine bottles), the tones will be slightly different.
Designed for versatility, the pieces can be stacked as a candle holder, used atop the lamp for an oil and vinegar plate or amuse bouche, or set as base plates.
1 plate = 3 wine bottles

Italian bistro Antico Nuovo went through over 150 bottles in one night. That could produce 50 large plates at no material cost.
